The Parents Teachers Students Association is a social group for parents to meet other parents and support our school in the process. It raises money for equipment and activities the School would not be able to afford out of its normal budget and organises social events.
There’s no equivalent of the primary school gate to help make the PTSA successful, but we can offer each other and the school a great deal, if as many of us as possible join in, or at least support it – any skill or time you can offer will make a difference.
2018-19 saw a variety of PTSA led events including quiz nights, wine tasting and the extremely popular Riverfood Cooking sessions.
We would like to thank all those that supported the school by attending the events, and say a special thank you to our PTSA committee members: Steph Massie, Lucy Langley and Alex Stott.
If you are interested in becoming part of the PTSA for this academic year then please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
As financial pressure on the school increases the PTSA needs the support of more families to make it effective. It is affiliated to PTA UK and a registered Charity Commission charity, number 1167537 and therefore a tax efficient vehicle for raising funds.
