The Parents Teachers Students Association raises money for equipment and activities the School would not be able to afford out of its normal budget and organises social events.
As financial pressure on the school increases the PTSA needs the support of as more families to make it effective. It is affiliated to PTA UK and a registered Charity Commission charity, number 1167537 and therefore a tax efficient vehicle for raising funds.
You might be able to make a one-off contribution, such as a couple of hours helping run a bar, or you might enjoy helping organise PTSA activities, but most importantly right now we’d like you to:
- attend our next meeting (details below); and
- give your opinion about the PTSA
There’s no equivalent of the primary school gate to help make the PTSA successful, but we can offer each other and the school a great deal, if as many of us as possible join in, or at least support it – any skill or time you can offer will make a difference.
Thank you and we hope to see you at the AGM on 3rd October 2017.
