We are all exceptionally proud of our Sixth Form students’ achievements across a broad range of subjects this year. Every year, our students set themselves the highest of goals and work with us to achieve their personal success. It has been a privilege working with our talented and committed staff to secure bright futures for all of our students.
Students who applied for the prestigious universities of Oxford and Cambridge saw their dreams come true today as their places were confirmed following their A Level results. Three students had their places at Cambridge University confirmed: Nick Kinson will be reading Languages (Spanish and Russian); Freya Bark reading History and Politics and Catherine Irvine reading Social and Political Sciences. Furthermore, Hannah Powell will be reading History at Oxford.
Toby Healey secured a magnificent 3xA*grades, 1x Distinction * grade and 1 x A grade and is going to Manchester University to study Computer Science. Meanwhile, James Catt is going to study at Staffordshire University on the first Esports degree in the country.

Dance student, Orla Hardie has secured a place at ‘The Place’ in London, which is one of the top contemporary dance schools in Europe. Hayesfield student achievements stretch beyond the academic and Deputy Head Student, Isobelle Robinson-Gordon, is the youngest ever student to secure an internship at the Guardian newspaper during her Gap Year before heading off to University. We’re looking forward to seeing her by-lines in the near future.
