Following the recent issues with the Utilize platform we had to reset connections which have affected iOS users in particular. It also affects shortcuts placed on desktops.
For iOS users, you need to set up a new connection to Utilize within the Microsoft Remote Desktop App by simply selecting the “Add new” function and following the instructions in the Guide.
