Teacher of Geography (full time) from September 2017

Required from September 2017, an extremely talented and dedicated full time Teacher of Geography. You will make a significant contribution to maintaining high standards of achievement in a Faculty of a school placed in the top 20% of schools nationally for progress measures and attainment at both GCSE and A Level. You will have very high expectations of student success and a commitment to delivering outstanding teaching and learning.

If successful in your application you will become a valued member of the dynamic and exciting Geography Department, which is part of the Humanities Faculty.

Hayesfield has a strong teacher professional development programme, which affords many leadership opportunities to its employees. All NQTs and teachers new to the school are supported as part of the school’s comprehensive induction programme.

Languages Teacher with Spanish to A Level
Full time, permanent

For September 2017, we wish to appoint an inspiring and dynamic teacher with excellent communication skills to teach Languages across the age range from 11-18.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to teach Spanish to A Level.

The team has a proven track record of success over many years, underpinned by good quality teaching, high expectations and very well resourced facilities. We currently offer a rich Languages curriculum to A2 level and Latin to GCSE, resulting in over 90% of students opting to study a language at GCSE.

The World Languages Faculty has enabled the school to gain International Schools Award and we are a Global Leadership Expert Centre.

There is a thriving extra-curricular programme that includes Mandarin Chinese, Russian, Japanese, Latin, Italian and Arabic. In addition, many students train to be International Ambassadors.
