ParentPay - our new online payment service
We're pleased to announce that we are accepting payments online for items such as dinner money, school trips and uniform. Using a secure website called ParentPay you are able to pay online using your credit or debit card. ParentPay is our preferred method of making payments to school.

We are hoping that everyone will benefit from our new payment facility. ParentPay is easy-to-use and offers you the freedom to make online payments whenever and wherever you like, 24/7 - safe in the knowledge that the technology used is of the highest internet security available and that funds will reach school safely.

All parents will now have been sent a letter containing a unique username and password so you can access your secure online account. Making a payment using your credit or debit card is straightforward and ParentPay holds an electronic record of all payments for you to view at a later date. When you make a payment, an e-mail confirmation is sent to you, giving you reassurance that the transaction has been successful.

In addition, ParentPay offers you the ability to set automated email/SMS reminders ensuring you never miss a payment and helping you keep your child's school meal account in credit at all times. The more parents that use ParentPay, the greater the benefit is to the school. You can help us reduce workloads for all staff, creating more time to lend to educational support and the smooth running of the school. It also ensures that all financial transactions are safe and secure.

We value our relationship with parents. A successful education depends on an active partnership with parents and we encourage parents to take a leading role within the school community. This takes the form of support for their daughters in their learning and helping to shape policy and practice and the future direction of the school. Importantly, we are able to make use of parents’ talents and expertise to enrich the pupils’ experience in school.
This section is intended to provide useful information for parents and prospective parents. We do, however, encourage you to contact the school if you need any further information. Statutory information for the prospectus can be found on this link.
