Presentation about The New Sports, Creative and Performing Arts Facility

The focus is to create something of real value for the whole community.  Improved sports and performance facilities at the school will mean our students will have a wonderful opportunity to engage fully in all aspects of the curriculum and develop their talents and interests in an attractive, well equipped and stimulating learning environment.  It will also mean that the School can take its rightful place at the heart of the Oldfield community as a resource for sport and leisure.
We are very pleased to announce that we have been successful in gaining a grant from the Department of Energy and Climate Change : Low Carbon Building Programme for our Ground Source Heat Pump installation. Once the building is up and running we will have a display unit in the foyer so that the pupils and public and see the difference the heat pump is making to the energy consumption within the building.

Here is a presentation on some of the features from our New Build

  • Provide the space for a high quality, varied and stimulating programme –for both individuals and groups, in terms of the scope of activity, breadth of musical cultures, and range of people involved. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to make and enjoy live music, regardless of age, ability or background
