Sports Day 2026
Our annual sports day will is nearly here! It will be taking place on Wednesday 1st July at the University of Bath Athletics Track. The day will start at normal time, with students travelling to the University for an 11am beginning. Tutor bases for the morning will be slightly different, with students going to sites based on their house.
Details:
- Date: Wednesday 1st July
- Start Time: Arrive to school at normal time (8.25am) – students will travel to the University for an 11:00am start
- Finish Time: 2.45pm
- Venue: University of Bath, Athletics track, Sports Training Village, Convocation Avenue (accessed via Norwood Avenue), Claverton Down Road
- Parks and Sharman Tutor Groups (PL/PR/SL/SR) should go to the Brougham Hayes Campus
- Austen and Earhart Tutor Groups (AL / AR / EL / ER) should go to the Upper Oldfield Park Campus.
At the end of the event, students will be dismissed from the Athletics track, however can choose to come back on coaches. Please sign the form in the linked letter if you would like your daughter to return to school.
Students must come to school in summer PE kit (depending on the weather they may want to wear tracksuit bottoms and bring their hoodie). They are allowed to wear a coloured t-shirt (no sleeveless vests) in their House colour. Students are also encouraged to make flags and banners to celebrate their Houses.
