Darcy Climate Lead |

Hi, my name is Darcy and as the new climate lead I’m going to be responsible for ensuring that our school is making active changes to reduce our impact on the environment. As well as educating our school community on ways we as individuals can make a difference and why its so important. This is something I’ve been passionate about for a really long time, from finding ways to shop more sustainably to adopting a plant based diet. What I really want to get across is that being more sustainable isn’t about making huge changes to your lifestyle but instead making small improvements to lots of different parts of your life so no, I don’t expect anyone to go vegan. If you have any questions about how to be more eco-conscious, suggestions for ways our school can improve its sustainability or have anything else relating to the environment that you want to discuss then feel free to contact me.
