Hi, my name is Charlotte Baars and I’m the new Head Student. I believe in the importance of amplifying student voice to make positive change within the school. A big part of my role as Head Student is promoting student leadership and making sure that everybody has their voice heard. I want to make Hayesfield a place where every student feels like they are valued and that they are able to contribute to all aspects of student life. Whether this is through getting directly involved in student leadership roles, or supporting reps by providing your own ideas for progress in the school community, I’m looking forward to working with everyone to take action on the issues that matter the most! I hope that I can be a friendly, approachable and determined Head Student. |
