We are a cashless school so are asking all parents/guardians to only use our online payment system, ParentPay, to pay for lunch, trips and all other school activities. If you use or plan to use the Dining facilities you will need to place funds into your account using their secure website or mobile app. ParentPay offers you the freedom to make payments whenever and wherever you like, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – safe in the knowledge that the technology used has the highest internet security available.
You will be asked to register a secure online account when your daughter/son starts at Hayesfield, which is activated using a unique activation code; provided to you via e-mail. You will be prompted to create your own secure Email and Password for future logins. Your daughter will also be issued with an identification card including her photograph. If your daughter mislays her identification card it will cost £1.00 to replace it. Please do not hesitate to contact the school if you have any problems.
Making a payment is straightforward and the online payments system holds an electronic record of your payments to view at a later date. No card details are stored in any part of the system. Once you have activated your account you can make online payments straight away. If you do not have a bank account/debit or credit card or do not have access to a computer/mobile phone please contact the school office to enquire about alternative payment options.
