School Uniform

Our uniform was designed by students in the School Council and is an example of student voice at its best! We expect our students to wear their uniform with pride and to present themselves smartly every day.

Students must wear their blazer at all times – this includes to and from school and moving around the school. Staff will give permission to remove the blazer in lessons when appropriate. If students require extra warmth then the Hayesfield jumper is to be worn as an extra layer.

Please contact your daughter’s Tutor if there are any problems or confusion with uniform. We keep a small stock of clean and often new uniform, including shoes, in school. Please be aware that any student arriving at school dressed incorrectly is expected to change into uniform from our stock.

Uniform Guidelines – PE and Dance

Your daughter may attend school in her PE kit on days that she has PE, Dance or any sporting LEAP activities. On wet days we recommend that she brings her uniform with her to change into in case she gets rained on!

We have a Winter and Summer PE kit to enable students to come to school in kit that is best suited to the weather. Please see the section, ‘Wearing PE Kit to School’ for further details.
