Careers – Achieving Ambitions

Information for Teachers

Gatsby Benchmark 4 is all about linking curriculum subjects to future career pathways and jobs. You can speak to the Careers Rep in your faculty for more information on National Careers Week and links to local businesses. There are lots of resources to help you link your subject to careers.

Every year each year group should have a homework task based around Careers in your subject to help them understand and develop links.

Career Pilot have produced 23  new  20 minute topic related resources to help you build careers education into your subject, available in their KS4 booklet. They also have a dedicated Start with a Subject webpage and their Advisor Zone links to resources, subject specific activities and sections for different key stages.
